Do you ship internationally and how long will my order take?

We ship all over the world daily and we would love to send yours too! Shipping time varies per location and shipping method chosen. For UK and domestic shipping, your item should arrive in 1-3 days. If you need your order faster, please let us know at time of ordering.
I am interested in your Scottish real flower jewellery but will it fade in time?

Quick answer, no. We create heirloom pieces to last generations. We have been the largest manufacturers of quality real flower jewellery for almost a decade (outside of Asia) and we have perfected this art form and pathed the way for the re-surgence of this art form. We offer a two year warranty for all our jewellery so if something isn't quite right or your jewellery needs cleaned or a cap needs replaced etc we offer this free of charge (return shipping costs will occur).
How do I care for my jewellery?

Always keep your jewellery away from excessive sunlight, exposure to chemicals such as perfumes, never bathe or shower with any resin jewellery on (as this will compromise the clarity), keep away from sea water. Our jewellery can be cleaned with a micro fibre cloth only or if you have any troubles, just send it in to us!
How do I return an item?

If for any reason you would like to return an item to us, please contact us via email first and then forward to: In The Heather 1103 Argyle Street Unit 23 Glasgow G3 8ND Scotland Please include a note inside with your address, name and email. Any returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. We will not accept any returns that have been worn, used or where packaging is damaged. We do not accept returns of sale items.
Is it better to shop in store or online?

We recommend coming to visit us! You will get a great feel for our brand at our flagship store, a warm welcome and a chance to smell our lovely candles in person. Another perk is that you can choose your jewellery from a handful of variations that we don't offer online. Our opening times are 10am - 5pm Mon - Fri.

Do you offer custom made items?

We do not offer one off custom items and a minimum spend of would be £300 required. This is because a custom item takes an enormous amount of time, materials, resources and additional requirements. Please note, we do not work with human ashes, pet fur etc as resin is an unsuitable medium for this items. We only offer custom ranges for wholesale at this time such as our exciting castle ranges.
Where in Scotland is In The Heather based?

We are based in Glasgow, Finnieston and this is where our flagship store/ workshop is. You are welcome anytime!
