Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days of purchase. Please return to our Glasgow address below:

Please include inside the exchanged item/ return along with a note of your address, phone, name and order number. To speed the process up, please ensure your writing is legible and numbers are fully formed. To be eligible, items must be returned in original undamaged packaging and not worn. If we believe an item to be worn we will refuse refund or exchange and will return the item to you.

We never re-sell returned earrings in any capacity, whether we believe them to be worn or not, for your safety. We will always scrap the precious metal in this instance.
