Customer Care
Customer service is everything to us, if you have any questions or requests get in touch with us via the contact us section. Some of your questions may be answerable in the FAQ section. We endeavour to answer all emails within 1-2 hours although this time is usually shorter. At Christmas periods time may be slightly longer.
Privacy & Safety
We will never sell or misuse your data.
Please keep all small parts, including jewellery, away from children under 5 as they may pose a choking hazard. Resin jewellery should never be worn while showering, bathing or using the sauna as this will compromise the quality and form of the resin.
Please never leave a candle unattended. Candle safety in the home is your responsibility and we cannot be held liable for accidents in the home.
In store, we ask that all small children be kept under supervision.
