This beautiful rose cut moss aquamarine was hand chosen to mimic the magic and colours of Scotland's longest lasting patch of ice and snow - the "Sphinx" in the Cairngorm mountain range. This beautiful, small patch of snow and ice has a long history and has melted away 10 times in the past 300 years, re-occuring every now and again. It is a sacred site and this series of moss aquamarine rings has been inspired by its existance - and persistence.
